What are your hours of operation?

Are your prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes, all prices appearing on the website are in Canadian Dollars.

How much does shipping cost?

FREE SHIPPING is available for all purchases over $100. Orders totalling less than $100 will be charged a flat rate of only $6.99 per order, and that can apply for any number of products purchased.

Do you ship to international locations?

Currently, we ship within Canada only .

Is a prescription required?

Yes, just like your local pharmacy, we require a valid prescription for your medications; it is required for all prescription medications in Canada. For your valid prescription to be accepted, it must be from a physician licensed to practice in your area of residence. We also require you to email or upload to us your original prescription. Please see our How to Order section for more details.

Are there limits on how much I can purchase?

Customers are able to purchase a maximum of a 3 month supply of each of your medications in one order, and only if that is expressly indicated in the valid prescription your are submitting for that medication. If your physician writes a prescription for more than a 3 month supply, it is possible to have our pharmacy refill your prescription as you become eligible for them after the initial 3-month supply has been dispensed.

Is there a maximum discount amount for coupons used on checkout?

Yes, $200 CAD is the maximum discount amount when using a coupon code at your checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

We process all prescription orders within 5 business days. Once the package has shipped, please allow up to 5 - 10 business days for delivery.

What about sales tax?

The pharmacy does not charge sales tax.

What do you do with my personal information?

The personal information you give us is only ever for view by authorized employees of our company and only to complete your order. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We will not spam your email address or distribute your email to any other business, individual, or anyone.

What if I need to return my order?

Our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee is always in place! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Canada Drugs Direct, just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and inform us why. If we are unable to make it right, we will happily explain our return procedure.

How long are my credits valid on at Canada Drugs Direct?

All credits will only be valid for 6 months after issued to you.
